Bodywork

The therapeutical effects of yoga, dance, Spiral Dynamics, Tai Massage and other bodywork methods help us to align ourselves with our own nature and to find a way of sitting, moving, interacting and being that is in harmony with the mechanics of our body. It greatly enhances the balance between tension and relaxation in our bodies and thereby our health and experience of life in general. Whether we are seeking freedom from pain, more effectiveness in our movement, recovery from injury, or greater awareness of ourselves, bodywork gives us openings and support for all these developments.
